Baker Tilly International Member Firm in Israel Announces Merger

Horowitz Idan Goldstein Sabo Tevet, trading as Baker Tilly, has announced it will merge with Reuveni, Hartuv, Tepper & Co effective 1 June 2010. The new firm - Horowitz Idan Sabo Tevet & Cohen Tabach - will trade as Baker Tilly, with ten partners and over 110 staff, and will rank as the 7th largest accounting firm in Israel.

Eyal Horowitz will act as managing partner and CEO.

The result of a merger between Oren Horowitz & Co (founded in 1952) and Goldstein Sabo Tevet (founded in 1986), Baker Tilly brings together two firms with over 50 years of combined experience.
