Baker Tilly Denmark, Randers Acquires the Randers Branch of KPMG

Dansk Revision Randers, a member of Baker Tilly Denmark, has acquired the Randers branch of KPMG, effective 1 April 2011.
Dansk Revision Randers is the largest firm in Baker Tilly Denmark with more than 100 employees, 33 of whom are registered public accountants/CPAs.

The firm traces its history back to 1936. It has grown significantly and today provides advisory and accountancy services to a substantial share of the local market, acting for the private sector as well as public bodies and quasi non-governmental organisations (quangos).

Dansk Revision Randers is developing a tax and VAT centre of excellence, designed to assist firms with international taxation and VAT cases throughout the Baker Tilly Denmark network.

Commenting on the firm's acquisition of KPMG's Randers branch, managing director Hans K. Soendergaard said : "We are thrilled that the acquisition will bring a number of large and challenging local clients, and skilled and competent associates allowing us to further improve our local client offering".
