Baker Tilly Ukraine and Grant Thornton Ukraine Announce Merger

Baker Tilly Ukraine and Grant Thornton Ukraine have announced their merger under the brand Baker Tilly Ukraine, effective 1 January 2012. This is the first merger in Ukraine between independent member firms of two of the world's top international accountancy networks.

The merger will provide Baker Tilly Ukraine with the opportunity to narrow the gap with the Big 4 audit companies in Ukraine. The combined entity will not only consolidate best practices, experiences and personnel, but will also become an undisputed leader in the delivery of transaction services to Ukrainian companies aiming to tap into international markets for equity and debt funding.
