ParenteBeard LLC Announces Creation of German Desk

ParenteBeard LLC, the largest CPA firm headquartered in Pennsylvania, USA, and an independent member of Baker Tilly International, has announced the creation of a German desk within the firm.

"The German desk was created in response to market demands for high quality international consulting services for German companies looking to expand in the US," states ParenteBeard CEO Bob Ciaruffoli. "Our firm realises that recent economic events in Europe are pushing more German companies to start or expand US marketing and operations efforts. Our international expertise is here to assist these businesses, especially the ever-increasing Mittelstand companies." 

Working closely with Baker Tilly Deutschland GmbH, ParenteBeard is staffing the desk with Kathrin Hacklander. Kathrin is a German national and qualified tax expert who previously worked in the Hamburg office of Baker Tilly Deutschland. As she develops business and connections with German companies, the ParenteBeard international tax group will provide support with inbound planning. The German desk will provide turnkey solutions for inbound operations including choice of entity planning, accounting services, payroll, real estate (commercial and residential) human resources, tax consulting and expatriate tax compliance making the process seamless for the German firms.
